Book Week Dress Up Parade

On the last day of Book Week, we all dressed up as a book character. We found Wally straight away.... it was Jack dressed up. Mack dressed up as George from Captain Underpants, Richard was Hans Solo from Star Wars, Mia was Little Red Riding Hood, Sophie was a penguin and Megan dressed up as Snow White. Lots of others dressed up too. We had a big parade showed our costumes to the rest of the school.

Captain Underpants

Do you just love Captain Underpants? If you do, click on the Dav Pilkey link. Dav Pilkey wrote the Captain underpants stories. There's heaps of really cool stuff here, like games, word finds, more stories you might like to read and pictures to colour in. Oh... and there's also some boring stuff for grown ups.

Octopus's Garden

Room 6 are learning to sing Octopus's Garden. They will be recorded performing this song by Skool Stars on Thursday 5 June. Remember not to wear anything green (this colour will be deleted during the production of the dvd so that the green screen background can be replaced with cool underwater scenes.
Singing the song at home will help you to learn the words. Do the actions as well, then you will be well prepared for Thursday.
